KevinJacobs?: I've been an active Python developer for about 8 years. My background is in computer science, scientific software development, as well as enterprise information integration. My current work is focused on planning for better data management strategies at the National Cancer Institute. I'd be happy to talk about Python language issues (new-style classes, metaclasses, upcoming 2.4 features), scientific computing with Python, programming-in-the-large with Python (>200k LOC), DB-API and database abstraction frameworks, SVG rendering with Python, and other topics.
