If we can find sponsoring organizations, it could lower our per-seat cost. TriZPUG did this very successfully.
Normally, sponsoring organzations get credit and guaranteed seats for things like this.
Perhaps some of the people coming from companies that use Plone, or the area colleges/gov't agencies that use Plone, might be willing to help sponsor this?
