CourseSyllabus

The bootcamp in North Carolina followed pretty closely my standard Plone training. I think the same thing will work for DC:
- Day One: Power Using and Customizing Plone
- Day Two: Zope Page Templates
- Day Three: Scripting Plone & Making Simple Apps
- Day Four: Building Content Types
- Day Five: Security, Relational Databases, and Development Practices
I teach Plone "downward", moving from highest conceps to lower-level stuff. So it's appropriate for someone who wants to just launch a simple Plone site to come for the first two days, or first three days to learn some basic scripting. It's not okay, however, to come later in the week, as the stuff later in the week relies on concepts taught in the first part.
Students should come with a laptop with the CourseSetup. It's possible that there may be a few loaner laptops available.
