Added a new option for speeding up Zope/Plone, at request of a member.

Speeding up Plone

Could we make this more general? HOw about addressing scalability?

Added as part of ZEO

ZEO is one of the key ways of making Zope/Plone scale well; generalized this to include scalability-in-general.

How about a discussion on the best way to learn Plone/Zope. Related to this is how to find the documentation on general stuff and the APIs in particular.

Good idea

Anyone want to do this? One suggestion I can make is Andy's new book. I did a presentation on using Zope/Plone for intranets at OSCON (handouts at http://plone.org/Members/pupq/oscon), but these are more helpful if you know a bit about what you're doing. Andy's book is a better general introduction. But a talk on this would be awesome.

Scientific Python

Is anybody else interested in scientific applications? I've been using Python with Numeric (and more recently the Enthought distribution) to simulate various signal processing applications. Much better than MATLAB, and it's free!
