Hi All,

There has been some discussion swirling around of having a sprint on Monday
night, and I've got two potential locations to shop to the crowd. The
criteria for the location was WiFi and Pizza, and so I've looked for both:

   - For the ultimate in convenience at the price of character, there are
(count 'em) two Cosis in Dupont Circle, offering pizza and wifi, together,
along with various beverages and desserts. They get crowded, but I could run
to one after work and snag us a table early.
   - If we don't mind two stops, Soho Coffee and Tea (2150 P St NW
Washington, DC 20037) offers wifi and beverages. Additionally, there are
four locations for pizza on P street within a block or two of Soho, so
although we'd have to eat then sprint, everything is close together.

Topics will include Plone Software Center updates (Alex, if you wouldn't
mind replying with some choice tickets for people to look at, that'd be
awesome) and humanizing Tom Lazar's technique of location-based skins (
http://tomster.org/blog/archive/2008/04/02/url-dependent-skinswitching-in-plone-3--
requirements for the product version to follow in an updated email).
If
you have something else cool to work on, feel free to suggest it.

If you plan on attending, please reply so we have an idea of how many to
expect.

~Matt

Well, there's "only" 20 open issues, you can see them here: http://tinyurl.com/4ufecl
I've set the end of this month as a goal to resolve all of them. There's
also "bigger fish to fry" namely releasing a PSC that can run on plone.org
(distutils support a.k.a. pypi support has been added to the trunk, but this
may
not "fly" because we might not want *everyone* depending on plone.org for their
eggs).
