Are we still on for tomorrow's ZPUG and Andrew Kuchling's talk on XML
processing?

Anyone up for drinks or grub beforehand?

FWIW, Ted(Turner)'s Montana Grill has a rather good Tuesday night
blue plate special of beef hanger steak at a very reasonable price, and
the wine's a good value too. It's not the best place for
non-carnivores, however. Just a suggestion. You can check their menu at:

Chris,

Yup! I might be able to meet you ahead of time, let me know where you'll be.
Montana Grill sounds good.

Another good place for inexpensive munchies is McCormick & Schmick's - they
have cool appetizer stuff for $1.95 for happy hour.

I am in Denver and flying out tomorrow at 4something and don't arrive
in DC until almost 9 pm Then I have the long-wait for baggage claim.
Alas...

Will you be posting anything from your presentation? I think it is a
real shame to miss it.

How 'bout 6pm at Montanna Grill? They where quite fast with order
taking and delivery when I was there last. I could probably get
there a bit earlier if you'd prefer.

Anyone else interested?

Hello,

I fairly recently joined the ZPUGDC mailing list, and am interested in
attending today's meeting. Do I have to reserve a seat or is this an open
event?

Cheers,
Pawel

Its open! If we run out of room (ha- not likely!) we'll unfold the
divider giving us twice as much conference room.

Be advised that the building "locks down" at 6PM, when you come by
the building I or someone else will probably be down in the lobby to
let you in if necessary. I'll probably start doing door duty at
6:45, winding up at 7:05 or so.

If you get here soon enough, quite a crowd (ie, at least 3 people)
will be in Ted's Montana Grill before hand; Ted's is just a bit north
up Crystal drive.

If you plan on parking IN the building (ie paid parking) please note
that I think they are painting the B1 level tonight at 6PM, so you
will be asked to park on the B2 level. The park-in rates are NOT
very competitive, so I don't really advise parking here (something
like $4/hr, hitting a daily max of $16/day).

If you metro in to Crystal City, its about a 15 minute walk through
the Crystal City underground or about 10 minutes outdoors to get to
our building. You will have to go outdoors at the very end; the
crystal city underground walkway stops at 23rd street.

sorry guys, I've come down with something unpleasant. Was hoping I would
