CMF to AT in Plone 2.1

Hey, ZPUGDC.

In Plone 2.0.5 / Zope 2.7, I repurposed a CMF Image type by copy/pasting
and renaming it in the Portal Types Tool. (I simply wanted to apply a
different workflow to this new image type.)

In Plone 2.1.1 / Zope 2.8, I imported a Plone Folder full of these
repurposed CMF Images from the old Plone site.

In the Plone 2.1.1 Types Tool, I copy/pasted and renamed the AT Image
type identical to the Type Name of the imported repurposed CMF Image.

Following the Plone FAQ procedure linked below, I went to the ATCT Tool
and 1. Recatalogged the CMF Types, 2. Fixed portal type names and 3.
performed Type Migration.

Yet, the repurposed CMF Images are still CMF. They were not migrated to
AT Images. What did I do wrong? Is this even possible?
