Official status of Plone 2.1?

Does anyone know when it will be officially announced and released?
I know it's available, but there has been no announcement on the
front page of plone.org or no news announcement that I've seen.
Also, does the download now include documentation - e.g. migration
guidance? Is that kind of documentation available elsewhere? Thanks.

David

The migration of plone.org to 2.1 is going on right now. Not sure
about the official announcement of 2.1, although a 2.1.1 release
is in the works.

As I understand it, migration can be difficult based on the fact
that you have to convert all your content to ATContentTypes. I think
the best thing to do is just *try it* and see what happens
(on a development instance, of course).
