Flush out them sideliners..
I'll be there, and i'm happy to get into smaller topics. Also could
have a few things to share myself (I could adjust to take anywhere from
15 minutes to an hour on either a 'snippets' code sharing system or an
rpc tag pre-parser for ZPT), could be interesting.

Anyone tried Gobby? A collaborative editor that claims to run on
Windows, Linux, OS X, other Unixes (source code).
This could be fun with IRC and maybe GizmoProject for voice.
Maybe even VNC for sharing the entire desktop.

Bitwise is free and has posterboard software. Replete with varying
degrees of encryption it's good for passing credit cards and
passwords around. It's cross platform and very feature rich. James
and I have used the paid vpn service they provide for about a year
