Hello all,

My name is Scott Kirkhuff and I'm a Plone/Zope Newbie living in Little
Rock, Arkansas. (In case you're asking yourself, "Who the hell is
this?", I should say that Jules Allen has given me permission to throw
his name around. So, here goes: I know Jules Allen, I'm a friend of
Jules Allen, but I'm no Jules Allen. There, I said it.) Anyway, I'd
like to introduce myself and let you know of my desire to take part in
the Plone bootcamp that you are planning. I'll volunteer whatever
services or labor I can. I look forward to meeting all of you and
spending some time in D.C.

Thanks.

Scott

Cool, Scott.

I'm sure there will be volunteering opps aplenty--helping setup the room
in the morning and break down in the evening, etc. Given that you'll be
visiting a strange city, what better things will you have to do with your
time than do this? ;)

We should know a lot more about when/how the bootcamp is happening after
the planning meeting this Wednesday.

Absolutely we are.

I'll be joining in by Skype, traveling over a diesel-powered Internet
satellite connection from atop a mountain in the western part of Austria
(http://plone.org/Members/batlogg/newsitems/snow-sprint2_1
for information
about the wacky location for the Snow Sprint 2005). We've been having
problems making good connections given our remote location, so we've been
joking about developing "IP over Yodel" :)

Cheers,

- j.
