Decentralizing ZPUGDC

Ok, so the issue with the meeting tonight is a good example of needing to
decentralize ZPUGDC authority a bit ;) I have a pretty busy calendar of
training and consulting and such, so it's reasonable to assume I'll be gone
for a few ZPUG meetings in the future.

PN has no problem with our using their meeting space, but I need some help
in keeping things running here.

The following tasks are open:

- hosting meetings: welcoming people, getting the projector running, etc.,
getting people to the after-meeting bar, etc.

- updating the web site with basic info on meetings, cancellations, etc.
I'm happy to give editing authority to anyone who will use that power
  for good.

Both of these are low-time requirements, but some help here will help
this kind of stuff run more smoothly as I'm traveling around. Without
this help, I fear we'll have more disorganized meetings like tonight, and
that would be suboptimal.

Cheers,

- j.

I can do these things... My biggest problem with attending the meetings is
that I forget when they are... until the day of meeting ;-)

So I'd be happy to update zpugdc.org and show up to meet/great people
because that would get me more involved in attending the meetings :-)

Although I don't really want to actively seek Presenters... :-o
