The Burke branch (http://www.alexandria.lib.va.us/branches/burke.html)

has a meeting room, with more than enough space.  It's conveniently 
located as it's right off I-395 at Seminary Rd.  As an Alexandria 
resident, the rental rate would be $10/hour.  I have not had a chance 
to look at it yet, but I have submitted a fax reservation form.  I 
think we have a good chance of getting it for a week, but I won't know 
for sure until next week.  I gave them 4 possible weeks (but this could 
be changed as well) - the weeks of 3/28, 4/4, 3/14, 3/21 in that order 
of preference.  I'll be traveling to Boston and back from Sunday to 
Tues. or Wed. but I gave them my cell phone number.
