ZPUGsters:
Just a reminder that we're having our meeting tonight at 7pm. Same
location as the first two meetings (http://zpugdc.org/meetings/where/pn
for directions).
Our topics are: Durus, the new object database from the MEMS exchange.
Presented by David Binger. This should be a _very_ cool new Python
thing, so you won't want to miss it! In addition, James Rosey will be
doing a mini-presentation on a new debugger/introspective program he's
developing.
Afterwards, we'll head out for drinks. We've been going to Legal
Seafood, but if anyone has any suggestion for something else (cheaper
and more group-friendly tables would be good), please feel free to say so.
Also: please consider doing a presentation. It's nice to have these
things booked a few weeks in advance, so:
Th 8/16 (Zope) : Chris McDonough: scaling Zope/Plone (tentative)
Mini: <none yet>
Mo 9/2 (Python) : <none yet>
Mini: <none yet>
Th 9/20 (Zope) : <none yet>
Mini: <none yet>
Let me know if you can do a presentation, or know someone that might.
Thanks!
- j.
P.S. Also, two people have asked me if it's okay to post general Python
questions to this list. Sure! This is a non-moderated list, so feel free
to ask each other for help or suggestions. If we find the traffic
becomes burdensome, we can always split that to a separate list.
