contacting members through ZPUG portal...

Hi Jonah here,

Joel and I decided it was a good idea to give ZPUG members logged in
to the portal the ability to contact one another right off of the
members page. To view current ZPUG members who have registered on the
portal goto members and then click on "search" leaving the formfields
empty. If you want other ZPUG members to be able to contact you
directly please make sure your email is entered into your "My
Preferences" panel which can be accessed at the top right corner of
the portal once you have created an account and logged in. To
facilitate collaboration and dialogue I encourage everyone interested
to do this. Also be daring and put a little bit about yourself on your
member page. I was looking over the members and saw a bunch of blank
pages...

Thanks!

Jonah Crawford

To be clear: email addresses *only* appear to other members. If you'd
rather be private, you can either choose to not be listed (it's in "My
Preferences") or just put in a fake email address. Note that this has
*no* relationship to the email address you're subscribed to the mailing
list under, so changing this to a fake email or whatever will not
interrupt your receiption of mailing list mail.

Thanks!

P.S. Just a reminder: anyone interested in doing a mini-presentation (10
mins, tops) of new/cool Zope/Plone product or idea for next Monday?
